Modules

Pick the organ.

Each module measures all of it and turns your scans into analysis — dashboards, comparisons, cohorts — with the validated dataset always exportable underneath.

The modules

What exists today.

HeartX cardiac render — chambers, myocardium and coronaries with a violet voxel overlay

Chambers, myocardium, vessels and coronaries, labelled directly in the volume and measured in place. One scan, one whole-heart dataset.

Measures
Chambers & size · Myocardium · Coronary arteries · Great vessels · Cardiac fat · Valve calcium

For
Cardiac imaging research, pharma cardiac endpoints, CT core labs.

The one built by hand. Everything the loop knows, it learned here.

LIVE FLAGSHIP
MiceX pre-clinical render — mouse with a violet voxel overlay

Mouse-scale µCT, rolled up across the study hierarchy.

Measures
Tumour volume per animal · per-arm rollups at each timepoint · treatment-versus-vehicle effect size with confidence intervals

Built for the study, not the scan. Volumes roll up to arms, arms roll up to a result — mean difference, Welch’s t and Hedges’ g, rendered as a forest plot. Currently validated on synthetic xenograft cohorts.

Pre-clinical

MiceX

BETA
LiverX hepatic render with a violet voxel overlay

The liver read from the same non-contrast cardiac CT HeartX already ingested.

Measures
Hepatic steatosis fraction · parenchymal density · lobar morphometry — measured on the portion of the liver inside the cardiac field of view

First module the loop produced end to end — it flagged its own 13 mm lesion limit before any code existed.

Hepatic

LiverX

BETA
LungX pulmonary render with a violet voxel overlay

The lungs read from the same non-contrast cardiac CT HeartX already ingested.

Measures
Per-lobe volume across five lobes · LAA-950% · parenchymal density — measured inside the cardiac field of view

CROSS-MODULE

MorphX

WORKS ACROSS EVERY MODULE

Two scans of the same person never line up. MorphX treats that misalignment as the measurement — change over time, computed where it happened, for any module’s anatomy.

On the roadmap

Five you can use. More organs on the way.

Running today: HeartX and MorphX live; MiceX, LiverX and LungX in beta.

BoneX

Skeletal morphometry.

IN DEVELOPMENT

VesselX

Vascular structure beyond the heart.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Beta means the measurement runs on a live cohort but is not yet calibrated or validated for its field of view — each beta page says exactly what that costs. In development means we’re building it — not yet available. Early access opens first to research groups, pharma and CRO teams.

CT today; MRI and ultrasound are where the platform goes next.
