Who we are
CorpX Analytics (“CorpX”, “we”, “us”) is a medical imaging analytics company based in Barcelona, Spain. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What this notice covers
This notice explains what we do with personal data collected through corpxanalytics.com.
It does not cover medical images or patient data. Those are never handled through this website — see section 06.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request early access, we collect the name, work email, and organization you enter in the form, along with anything you choose to write to us directly.
Information collected automatically. When you visit, our hosting provider and any analytics we use may record basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps — to keep the site secure and understand general usage.
We do not require accounts, and we do not ask for any health information about you.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with a small number of service providers who help us run the site and respond to enquiries. They act on our instructions as processors, under contract, and may not use your data for their own purposes.
We may also disclose data where legally required, or in connection with a corporate transaction, in which case we will tell you.
Medical images and patient data
This website does not collect, receive, or process medical images or patient data.
Any imaging analyzed in a research collaboration, evaluation, or commercial engagement is handled entirely outside this site, under a separate written agreement setting out roles, safeguards, and permitted use. Where such data is personal data, it is special-category health data under GDPR Art. 9 and is treated accordingly — including data-processing agreements, appropriate security measures, and, where applicable, de-identification before transfer.
CorpX software is Research Use Only and is not approved by any regulatory authority for clinical diagnosis or treatment selection.
Where your data is stored
We use service providers to host this website and handle enquiries. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
You can ask us which providers we use, and where your data is held, at anamaria.chioran@corpxanalytics.com.
How long we keep it
We keep early-access enquiries only as long as we need them to evaluate and respond to your request, and to maintain a record of who has contacted us.
You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see section 09).
Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish data-protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data (“right to erasure”)
- Restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent
To exercise any of these, email anamaria.chioran@corpxanalytics.com. We will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) — www.aepd.es.
Cookies and analytics
We keep this simple. We use only the cookies strictly necessary to make the site work and keep it secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any analytics we use is configured to avoid identifying individual visitors.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously — reproducibility and provenance are core to our product, and the same discipline applies to how we handle data.
Children
This site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our product and obligations evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
